Who is Elizabeth?
Coming from a family deeply rooted in holistic medicine, Elizabeth’s mother and grandmother were treating clients naturally since before she was born. Working along side them for years lead her to seek out additional modalities in the energy healing.
In 2016, seeking relief from chronic pain, Elizabeth visited a Reiki practitioner and experience significant relief. The year that followed she decided to expand her skills in Usui Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Sound Therapy. Now as a practitioner she is focused on helping others find their own relief whether it be physical, mental, or emotional. She continues to discover new approaches to Energy Healing, Holistic Medicine and Coaching. “I have a commitment to building upon my inherited knowledge and am honored to share it with those who wish to live a life of well-being”
What is Crystal Healing?
Crystal healing is a holistic practice that involves using crystals to channel and amplify energy in order to promote balance, relaxation, and well-being. Different crystals possess unique energies and properties that can positively impact physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of an individual.
During a crystal healing session, crystals may be placed on or around the body, aiming to align and balance the body’s energy centers. Wonderful as a complementary approach to traditional medicine and popular within alternative health practices. Wearing crystal jewelry allows the crystals’ vibrations to interact with the wearer’s energy, promoting balance and well-being.
